Think of LSPDFR/LCPDFR/RDFR as a framework giving the ability to play, but in addition to the framework, creators share their contributions adding hundreds of hours of gameplay to the base modifications. Most people like myself only bought a PC just for the modifications itself, and the power of the community is what made the decision for me to get one which is amazing. The contributions have increased over the years, and it encouraged others to play the modifications in the way they wanted to.
The community around police modifications is what kept them alive, and in my opinion which has caused them to have thrived, and without a doubt will continue to do so for many years to come.
